Voting Rights Announcement (Stimmrechtsmitteilung) pursuant to Sec. 21, 22
German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') in relation to Rheinmetall AG (ISIN
DE0007030009)
I, the undersigned Alexander Roepers, hereby notify you pursuant to Sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG that my share in the voting rights of Rheinmetall AG (ISIN
DE0007030009) fell below the threshold of 3% on October 14, 2009 and
amounts, as at this date, to 2.9962% (this corresponds to 1,186,478 out of
a total of 39,599,000 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to me pursuant
to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG. In
addition, 1.37 % of the voting rights (corresponding to 544,194 voting
rights) are to be attributed to me pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1
No. 1 WpHG.

German Securities Trading Act ('WpHG') in relation to Rheinmetall AG (ISIN

The undersigned Atlantic Investment Management Incorporated hereby notifies
you pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that its share in the voting rights of
Rheinmetall AG (ISIN DE0007030009) fell below the threshold of 3% on
October 14, 2009 and amounts, as at this date, to 2.9962% (this corresponds
to 1,186,478 out of a total of 39,599,000 voting rights).
All of the aforementioned voting rights are to be attributed to Atlantic
Investment Management Incorporated pursuant to Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1
No. 6 WpHG.
