Die Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 18.
Mai 2009 folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1, § 24 WpHG gemacht:
'Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA on 5 May 2009, has
exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Rheinmetall AG,
Düsseldorf, Germany, and on that day holds 4.10% (1,477,010 shares, each
carrying one voting right) of the voting rights.'
Die Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 18.
Mai 2009 folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'The holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA,
Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, USA, on 5 May 2009 has also exceeded the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf,
Germany, and on that day holds, 4.37% (1,574,184 shares, each carrying one
voting right) whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to attributed
pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading act
from Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.'
