Die Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA, hat der
Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 5. Januar 2009 folgende Mitteilung gemäß
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 23 December 2008 the voting rights held by Fidelity Management &
Research Company crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in
Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf. On that date, Fidelity Management & Research
Company held 3.10 % of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from
1,115,186 voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributet to Fidelity Management
& Research Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sent 1. no 6 WpHG.'
Die FMR LLC, Boston, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG mit Fax vom 5. Januar 2009
folgende Mitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 23 December 2008 the voting rights held by FMR LLC crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf. On that
date, FMR LLC held 3.10 % of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising
from 1,115,186 voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributet to FMR LLC pursuant to
