Die Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston, USA, hat der
Rheinmetall AG am 9. Juni 2009 folgende Korrekturmitteilung gemäß
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 28 May 2009 the voting rights held by Fidelity
Management & Research Company crossed above the threshold of 3%
and 5% of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf. On
that date, Fidelity Management & Research Company held 5.08 % of
the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from 1,828,542
voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed
to Fidelity Management & Research Company pursuant to
section 22 (1)sent. 1 no 6 WpHG.'
Die FMR LLC, Boston, USA, hat der Rheinmetall AG am 9. Juni 2009
folgende Korrekturmitteilung gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG gemacht:
'On 28 May 2009 the voting rights held by FMR LLC crossed
above the threshold of 3% and 5% of the voting rights in
Rheinmetall AG, Düsseldorf. On that date, FMR LLC held 5.08 %
of the voting rights in Rheinmetall AG, arising from 1,828,542
voting rights.
All voting rights in Rheinmetall AG were attributed to
FMR LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.'
